Classes

Boot Camp
Monday at 6:00 pm, Thursday at 6:15 pm and Saturday at noon

Boot Camp classes are designed to build your aerobic endurance, improve your strength training for upper and lower body, and strengthen your core. These classes burn calories. Every time you take a class it will be different. We like variety for our gym members at Achieve A-Nu-Yu! The classes are designed so that everyone can take the class regardless if you are the most fit or least fit person. Everyone will get an incredible workout during these classes.

 

Core Performance
Monday - Friday at 12:15 pm


Core Performance classes are designed to build core strength. Every class is different to provide variety and each class includes a cardio workout as well.


 

"I can't say enough good things about this gym! I've been a member for 2.5 years now and I really enjoy it. Nothing about this gym is intimidating; everyone is so nice and helpful. It's not filled with a bunch of meatheads - you have all types of people with different abilities, so everyone should feel comfortable working out here! The best part is that you never have to wait for a machine and all of the equipment is clean and in great condition. They offer classes at lunch time, after work and Saturdays, all of which is included in your very reasonable membership. The owners are always there to assist you and they offer personal training which I find extremely helpful! I highly recommend Achieve A-Nu-yu!"
